These dates should be used as a guideline only and are not guaranteed unless stated. Last order dates are based on normal conditions, please be aware that external factors beyond our control can delay orders. External factors include: strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network - in the event of these exceptional conditions, please note that your order could arrive after Christmas despite you ordering before the date provided.

We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom (UK) from £5.50. We also deliver to over 27 destinations in Europe from £12.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses and some large items are shipped directly from our suppliers who ship to the UK mainland only.
UK 24 hour Parcel Force tracked courier service
We operate a premium 24-hour Parcel Force courier service for most addresses in the UK, however the following Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands addresses are a 48 hour delivery service (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, Jersey and Guernsey - Sark, Alderney and Herm are an additional day delivery from Guernsey)
Our 24 hour service begins when orders are despatched from our warehouse.
Sometimes you won’t be in when Parcelforce attempts to deliver. If our courier, Parcelforce, is unable to deliver they will leave a note advising
1) A re-delivery date
2) That your toys have been left with a neighbour
3) Your toys are at the local Post Office.
You can track your toy order at parcelforce.com using the tracking number available in your Hamleys My Account area. To access your My account area;
1) Sign In to your Hamleys.com account using your email address and password
2) Go to 'My Orders'
3) Click on the button "View complete order details
4) Your Parcelforce tracking number will be in the format EIxxxxxxx

European service and charges
Most of our toys can be delivered to European destinations in 5 working days. For a single price we deliver up to 30Kg of toys to the European destinations below. If your order is over our 30Kg carriage weight our customer service team will contact you to arrange delivery, this may include additional charges.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) via our partner Parcelforce or for European deliveries with the local Parcelforce partner.
Larger items, primarily outdoor or ride-on products are shipped directly from Hamleys partners and may take longer to arrive. Larger toys are generally only shipped within Mainland UK and expected delivery times are included within the product pages.
Please note: a signature is required for most deliveries so please choose an address where someone is in. A contact phone number is also required for European deliveries
Can I track my order once it has been despatched?
Once your Toys are despatched from our warehouse a Parcel Force tracking number will be included in your 'My Account'section of Hamleys.com. Please follow the instructions above on accessing your account.
