Toys dispatched from our warehouse are delivered using Parcel Force. Once your Toys are shipped from our warehouse you will be sent a despatch email and a Parcel Force tracking number will be provided. The tracking number can be used at Parcelforce.com.
If you have opted for FREE SMS texts updating you on your delivery, with options to change your delivery date and address, please check the messages on the phone number you provided.
If you do not have your tracking number follow the instructions in the email or sign-in to your account and click on 'my purchases' for further details.

Under consumer protection regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of acceptance. If you have received the goods they must be returned unused. If you wish to cancel your order please complete our online returns form.
