FREE DELIVERY
We currently offer free delivery on all orders over £50. This offer only applies to UK mainland addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands. The order value must amount to £50 or higher, excluding postage costs.
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
Delivery of all products is to addresses in the United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFOP addresses and large items direct from our suppliers are UK mainland only

Please note:
We generally quote a total delivery time of 2-5 days as our delivery services begin from warehouse dispatch – during busy periods it may take 2-3 days to security check, pack and send your order.
Delivery times are included within the product detail pages as items delivered direct from our suppliers (primarily outdoor goods) will take longer to arrive. A representative of our supplier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
We currently only deliver Monday to Friday not including bank holidays.
Most deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel. If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature will still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Your order tracking number is generated at the point your order is despatched and your order will then be trackable from your account area.
If you have ordered a large item delivered direct from our suppliers, a representative of the supplier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time and the tracking number may not be available in your account area.
MESSAGE CARD AND GIFT WRAPPING
We are delighted to be able to offer you our premium Gift Wrapping Service. Your gifts can be delivered in our beautifully presented gift boxes for just £4.99 per item. Each box carries the Hamleys logo and comes with a gift card for your personal message.
Please note: Gift wrap is not available on all items, (extra large items such as rocking horses, sit and ride vehicles and items that are delivered directly from our suppliers are excluded).
How to order Gift Wrapping:
During the payment process, we offer a Gift Wrapping option, tick this box and click 'continue'. Enter your personal message into the fields provided. If you would like to change your gift wrap options, simply select from the drop down box. Once you are happy with your selections, click 'continue' to proceed with your purchase.
