Just return your toys in a re-saleable condition, within 28 days. please obtain a returns authorisation number by completing our online returns form or contact our Customer Service team on 0871 704 1977. We will then contact you to advise how to return your toys.

We regret we are unable to offer our 28 day peace of mind guarantee refund on any items that are not in a re-saleable condition and these may be returned to you at your cost.

Faulty Products
We are very sorry if your purchase proves to be faulty. For a full refund or a replacement (including postage and gift boxing if applicable) please obtain a returns authorisation number by completing our online returns form or contact our Customer Service team on 0871 704 1977. We will then advise how to return your toys.
