TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Most orders will be dispatched using Parcel Force for UK destinations and Fedex for International, a consignment number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

    To track the order after dispatch, simply sign-in to your account information page and then click on "track a recent order".

    If a consignment number appears against a product in your order, simply click on the number and you will be directed to the Parcel Force or Fedex website, where you can see the delivery status of your order.

Gift vouchers

Hamleys Gift Vouchers may be bought and used in any of our stores. If you prefer, you can purchase up to £200 worth of vouchers online and, for a small charge, have them dispatched on a specified date to any UK postcode, together with a personal message.

Please note: You cannot redeem online gift vouchers in store, nor store vouchers online. Please ensure you purchase the correct vouchers for either online or store purchase.
