Description

Word Puddles Is A Delightful Word-Building Game Designed To Enhance The Vocabulary And Spelling Skills Of Young Players Aged 4 Years And Above. With Engaging Gameplay And Strategic Elements, This Game Provides An Educational And Entertaining Experience For Children. The Game Includes A Playing Board Featuring Various Puddles Connected By Dotted Lines. Each Player Starts With A Rack And A Frog Playing Piece. The Objective Is To Complete Word Cards By Strategically Collecting Letter Tiles From The Puddles On The Board. Players Take Turns Rolling The Dice And Moving Their Frog Piece From Puddle To Puddle, Following The Dotted Lines. The Number Rolled On The Dice Determines How Many Puddles They Move. Players Can Move Forwards, Backward, Left, Or Right, As Long As They Follow A Path Of Interconnected Puddles. When A Player Lands On A Puddle With A Letter On It, They Must Take The Corresponding Letter Tile From The Box Lid. If The Letter Is Needed To Complete A Word On Their Word Card, They Place It In Their Rack. Otherwise, They Keep It In Front Of Them. Strategically, Players Guide Their Frogs Toward The Puddles With The Letters They Need To Complete Their Word Cards. Additionally, On Each Corner Of The Playing Board, There Are Empty Flower Bed Spaces. If A Player Lands On One Of These Spaces, They Can Demand A Specific Letter Tile From Another Player. If The Other Player Has The Requested Letter, They Must Hand It Over, But If They Don'T, The Turn Ends, And Play Proceeds To The Next Player. As Players Complete Word Cards With Correct Spellings, They Collect The Cards And Place Them Face Down In Front Of Them. The Letters That Made Up The Word On The Rack Are Returned To The Box Lid. The First Player To Complete 7 Word Cards Is Declared The Winner Of "Youreka Word Puddles." This Game Not Only Offers Hours Of Fun But Also Helps Children Improve Their Vocabulary And Spelling Skills In An Interactive And Entertaining Way.

We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom (UK) from £3.99.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses and some large items are shipped directly from our suppliers who ship to the UK mainland only.

UK 48 hour GFS tracked courier service

We offer a 48-hour courier service for most addresses in the UK, however, the following Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands are a 48-72 hour delivery service (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, Jersey and Guernsey – Sark, Alderney and Herm are an additional day delivery from Guernsey).

Your Delivery UK

For orders dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch email from us including your tracking number and a link for you to keep an eye on your delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive a further email notification from our courier advising you that your order is out for delivery and advising you of an estimated delivery timeframe within 2 hours.

Should nobody be home, our courier will either;

Leave your parcel in a safe place
Leave with a Neighbour
Leave at a local collection place
Leave a card to arrange re delivery

An email advising you of their action will be sent to you.

Larger items direct from our suppliers

Larger items, primarily outdoor or ride-on products are shipped directly from Hamleys partners and may take longer to arrive. Larger toys are generally only shipped within Mainland UK and expected delivery times are included within the product pages.
