Plum Play products cannot be returned to any Hamleys store.

If you would like to return this product please contact our Customer Services teams. In the delivery you will find a prepaid return label and a return note. The prepaid return form/label will be valid for the same weight and dimensions as for the Product Delivered.

Please note Plum Play Products cannot be returned jointly with other products from Hamleys.
